Surgical Lash AKA Alfredo Gallardo: Electric Guitar & Procesing, Cut-ups Ben Presto: Samples Cut-ups, Plunderphonics __________ The title of the piece piece is inspired by the mythological aproaches to the Nagualism: a concept with origins in indigenous communities not only in México but in some animistic traditions, also refers to the concept of the anthropologist Carlos Castaneda. _ ______________ Ben Presto is (still?) a member of the band Larsen Lombriki.
Larsen Lombriki was founded in Rome, Italy in 1997 by combining multimedia projects by public art and urban actionism.
What began as an idea to put music to the fanzine “RotoR” soon became the creation of innumerable illusory groups and a label,
the Rotor Audio Club.
Since then, after living in Germany for many yearsa nd starting a family,
he has finally returned to Italy, to the Alps and there have been many gigs / perfomances in different
improvisation / avant / noise bands and collectives and "long-distance" projects.
