Have you ever taken the spill, your knees still clapping ?
You set out - Fair to bursting with INTENT - You will rue this day, you will vanquish all those who oppose you. Your eyes almost burning themselves out of your scull with the intensity of the focus - You have the heart of a raging storm - And yet, there you are - Standing bored in line at the first escalator that you encounter.

Your Shoelace is untied. You're coming unglued. Your hair is a mess.
Your friend seems to be emoitonally distrurbed. The world is screaming. The sun seems to have blinked out for a moment there. The world is screaming. Your socks do not match.

Imagine, if you will, for a moment -

EXERCISE 7 : On the beach, taking a selfie.

You are being held aloft by your waist , your body floating freely ( And, may I add, quite gracefully ) over the head of a musclebound goon on a gorgeous moon light beach - Somewhere out in the water majestic fish splash with contentment, and the beautiful cry of the night herons can be heard with chrystaline clarity.

Your body is a bell. The brain is a script for the ocean. Your devotion to potions. Your turn, pick a card. Any card. Now sit very still in that chair and think about what you've done.

Got something ? Good - The muscle bound goon stand as the rain starts to softly fall around him. Sighing like a crater, he shuffles along back through the pristine sand to a private suite where he hangs his head in sorrow and lets out a mournful ( Like, Hank Williams Level mournful ) cry - Echoing across to the Volcano, where she sits waiting.

Where she has been, where she always was.

Try to act sharp. Dress nice for pictures. Use your " Indoor Voice ' - And do not gather the contempt near me, hat facsimile fax tactile enormous grub. Empty construction lots full of ant lions and enormous grubs.
